Inspection of fire-rated assemblies, penetration firestopping, spray applied fireproofing, fire dampers, and emergency egress components. Ensuring life safety features meet CBC and UL systems.

Mechanical Systems

Inspection of HVAC units, ductwork, seismic restraints, and mechanical piping. Verification of equipment mounting, insulation, access, and system performance.

Electrical Systems

Inspection of conduit, wire sizing, grounding, panelboards, and GFCI installations. Ensuring compliance with California Electrical Code and approved construction documents.

Plumbing Systems

Verification of rough and finish plumbing, drainage slope, venting, insulation, and hydrostatic testing. Ensuring installation aligns with the California Plumbing Code and project plans.
